More Tourism Oriented Projects in Kerala
The kerala government will take timely and necessary actions to facilitate the tourism development of the state by co-ordinating the functioning of various departments, informed kerala's Minister for Tourism. Many innovative projects, including the eco-tourism plans for Sabarimala and opeening of an International Convention Centre at Aakkulam will be the priorities this year, he informed. The stone laying ceremony of the international convention centre was held during last week.
Accroding to the tourism minister, government is obliged to put forth more responsible and development targetted tourism projects. The minister said that more books will be published to create a better awareness in people about the potentials of tourism industry.
